The Dynaguide is a new concept in string tree/guides. Instead of fighting friction between the string and guide, it relies on that friction to swivel a square ring in the base near to the headstock. Its inventor says the design eliminates tuning problems, particularly on guitars with flat headstocks and Strat-type vibratos because it keeps the B and E strings from binding. Also, it is self-aligning because it allows the strings to move side-to-side. Made from injection-molded plastic, it is available in black and off-white to match pickups and/or control knobs.
