This is an early 1950’s arch top by Hoyer called Herr Im Frack (gentlemen in black I think, like a dinner jacket?); it was my dad’s, it has a very thin neck, easy to play especially made for Eddie Lang type fast chord play style; I would love to know if anyone has any knowledge of it.
