Guitarist Billy Gibbons (VG, January ’16) will team with custom-car builder Jimmy Shine in the pilot episode of “Rockin’ Roadsters,” a new program on the Discovery Channel. Gibbons and Shine have collaborated on several cars over the last 20-plus years, and in the show will customize an ’84 El Camino, in a quest to, the network says, “fulfill [Billy’s] wildest hot rod desires.” The episode will premier February 29 at 1o p.m. ET/PT.
