Cordoba Music Group, which recently acquired the Guild brand from Fender, has announced that Ren Ferguson will join Cordoba as Vice President of Manufacturing and R&D for Guild. Ferguson, who spent more than 20 years with Gibson before going to work with Guild/Fender in 2012, will oversee production in Cordoba’s plant in Oxnard, California.
