Fret12 Adds Leslie West Instructional DVD Posted on 11/19/2009
Fret12 has added an instructional DVD by Leslie West to its Sound and The Story series. The DVDs combine instruction with stories behind the songs and the riffs.
West is the second guitar instructional release in the new series. The frontman and lead guitarist of hard Mountain, his career has included recording and playing with Billy Joel, Van Halen, The Who, Mick Jagger, Jimi Hendrix, and more.
This is West's first guitar tutorial and includes more than three hours of footage, complete with the story and breakdown of his biggest hits, 14 exercises covering all aspects of the guitar, guest appearances by Zakk Wylde, Joe Satriani, Mark Tremonti, and more. The DVD comes with a signed letter from West.
