Condition: Very good condition. Light weather checking throughout body, neck, and headstock. Only a few tiny dings on entire guitar. There has been some very light touch up work to the top of the headstock which is evident by an area of black paint. Floral design is intact adding great character to this instrument. The tone control does not roll off treble until turned all the way down. This is likely due to an old pot, but it is being sold as is. Pickup has a high Ohm reading, though still has sufficient output. Electronics and controls are otherwise in working condition. Treble side tuning machines have been replaced with a matching set installed upside down (see photos). No structural damage or repairs.
Body: Guitar shaped double bound mahogany body with a neck through design. Original tailpiece, bridge, single coil pickup, bridge cover, controls, and floral design finish. Back has control plate with a switch which increases volume and tone.
Neck: Square neck through body mahogany neck with zero radius fingerboard, mother of pearl dot inlays, and 2" bone nut width. Headstock features Kluson Deluxe single Stripe three-on-a-strip tuning machines, with a bass set used on the treble side and installed upside down.
