1970's Alvarez Silver Princess Banjo - VG condition. Made in Japan. Banjo has a laminated mahogany neck, a special tube-phone style tone ring, and is multi- ply with maple pot. Also has perloid and ivoroid bindings inside and out. Body features a 24-hook bracket band, 4-piece flange, and dual coordinator rods. This is a limited production model banjo based off a Vega Tuba-phone. The banjo does have a crack in the bottom of the headstock (see photos), however there is no movement. For this reason, banjo is being sold AS-IS. Includes OHSC.
