1950 Gibson A-50 mandolin in sunburst finish.

Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; some finish wear & nice weather checking. No cracks, breaks or repairs.
Neck: Bound mahogany neck. Dark rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. Frets have some wear, but still plenty of life left in them. Tuners have been changed, but are in perfect working condition.
Body: Double bound A-style body with dual F-holes. Carved spruce top with maple back & sides. The back has some really pretty bird's eye figuring in it. Unoriginal ebony bridge. Mutli-bound black pickguard.
Set Up: Professionally set up by our guitar tech & strung with brand new Gibson .11-.41 gauge strings.
Playability / Sound: Nice, low action; neck plays great; gorgeous tone - very bright & resonant!
Case: Original chipboard case included.
