1967 Gibson LGO Acoustic w/ OHSC

$ 700.00

The LGO was an all mahogany, small-bodied guitar from 1958-1974. It was ladder-braced. It has a 14 1/8" body, similar in size to a classical guitar. This example is the later version with a rosewood bridge (some earlier ones were plastic) with adjustable saddle.

This one is set up and sounds great. A wonderful, folky, punchy sound perfect for finger-picking. The mahogany is now 45 years old and opening up nicely - very tight, articulate and even. The original case is included.

There are a few dings and some finish checking as you'd expect, but no cracks or major problems. This will make someone a very nice, solid vintage player guitar.
