1981 Tokai VS-80 Springy Sound

Here's an extremely rare guitar; a 1981 Tokai VS80 Springy Sound. This is a double humbucker sister to the Tokai ST80 Springy Sound. It has a flame maple top on what I think is a bound mahagony body. It has a maple neck that has the same soft V shape that the ST80 and ST100 have. There is not much fret wear and no wear on the fret board surface. It is all original and the electronics are totally unmolested. On board are two vintage Gotoh PAF humbuckers that are D stamped. The two tone knobs are also press switches that split the coils to give you the option of single-coil sound. The pole pieces on the pickups can be individually adjust to allow you to customize your sound. It's in great vintage condition with a couple of tiny dings and some buckle rash on the back. None of it goes through the finish. The tremelo arm and a non-original hard case comes with the sale.
