Ibanez BARITONE guitar and HSC. A BARITONE guitar is right between a guitar and a bass in the guitar family. You can play bass lines on one while still being able to strum chords. You can even fingerpick a baritone guitar! This one is an acoustic-electric and also has its own built-in tuner. It was converted to a BARITONE from a bass guitar. It's tuned two-and-a-half notes LOWER than a standard guitar. You can play standard guitar chords on it, the difference being that if everyone else is playing in the key of G, the baritone would be playing in the key of C. It gives you a low end in a group (almost like a bass), but any guitar player can play it. And you don't have to haul a standup bass around. A baritone guitar of this quality normally sells for quite a bit more but this IS a new instrument and has barely been played. A beautiful and unique instrument with a great sound. Contact Rod
