1964 Gibson Byrdland electric guitar in sunburst finish.

Cosmetic Condition: Gorgeous, authentic vintage look - various minor nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & light weather checking. Some finish wear on the back of the neck & minor cracking around the input jack. Some of the gold hardware has tarnished a bit, but overall the guitar has a great vibe to it.

Neck: Slender profile, flame maple neck with ebony fingerboard & pearloid block inlays. The guitar has been refretted with jumbo frets & the neck binding was completely replaced. The frets are in great shape with no wear. Kluson Sealfast tuners in perfect working condition. Newer nut - 1 11/16" width; 23 1/2" scale length. The neck is straight & the truss rod is in perfect working condition.

Body: Single Florentine cutaway, hollow body with multiple binding on the top & back; bound F-holes. Solid spruce top with solid maple back. There's some really beautiful flaming in the back & sides. 17" lower bout width; 2 1/4" depth. Triple-loop tubular tailpiece with "Byrdland" engraved on the crosspiece; ABR-1 bridge on a floating rosewood base. Tortoise-style pickguard with multiple binding.
