Description: McPherson MG-4.5 acoustic electric guitar hand made in Sparta, Wisconsin.
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition - very clean & like new!
Neck: Mahogany neck with multiple binding. The neck joins the body at the 14th fret & is cantilevered from the 15th to the 20th frets. Ebony fingerboard with Koa binding & white side-dot markers. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Bound headstock with ebony overlay. The McPherson logo is inlaid with mother of pearl. Gold Schaller tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 3/4" bone nut; 25 1/2" scale length.
Body: Solid Bear Claw Sitka Spruce top with solid Flamed Black Acacia back & sides. There's multiple binding on the top & back with Koa included. The offset soundhole is also multi-bound with Koa included. Ebony bridge with bone compensated saddle. No pickguard. The back & sides display some incredibly gorgeous flame figuring. The braces inside the body are scalloped & arched.
Pickup: Under-saddle pickup with a single volume control mounted just inside the soundhole.
Set Up: Professionally set up by our guitar tech & strung with brand new Martin med-gauge Phosphor Bronze strings.
