We are a mom and pop business. We\'ve spent very little on advertising and yet the product is sold internationally because of social media and word of mouth. We\'ve spent nothing on professional photography...all of our pictures come from nice customers and HiWave which sold us the license to use their technology.
James, the founder, was a professional speaker designer/builder/capt. in San Francisco Fire Department/high end audio gear dealer/high end guitar broker for local UT luthier. Debra, his wife, was a children\'s book author and bookkeeper. The two do their best to supply a high level of customer support.
