Vintage Kawai Semi-Hollow

I gained an old vintage Kawai guitar. Kawai (world famous piano makers) made guitars from the 1960s to the early 1980s. I contacted Kawai about the records on their guitars, their HQ in Japan informed me that they do not have any records of their guitars (they were \'destroyed\' when Kawai opted out of the guitar industry). In the link, that I provided with the contact information, I have some pictures of the guitar posted. I was also told by the representative that the guitars have as much value as the seller and buyer agree upon.
The guitar is a semi-hollow body. It sounds amazing (even better through an amp). It is in a bit of rough shape. All the hardware is original (except on of the tuning pegs mechanism was altered when my uncle tried to fix it himself). I do have a low price I will accept, BUT I want to hear an offer first. If reasonable, I will reply within 2 days to talk about further information.
