Description: 1959 Gibson Skylark Korina Lap Steel Guitar
Condition: 100% original. Very good condition. Finish has light dings/scratches on top, with some heavier scratches on bottom. Bridge and control plate have some blemishing and corrosion. All electronics and controls are original and in perfect working condition. No structural damage or repairs.
Body/Neck: Solid Korina body and neck with black fingerboard, painted cream frets, and painted fret "inlays" and numbers. Original bridge, metal bar nut, pickup, and controls. Headstock features glued on Gibson logo, and original Kulson Deluxe single stripe 3-on-a-side tuners.
Pickups/Electronics: Single coil pickup with volume and tone control. Pickup: 6.50K Ohms.
Playability/Sound: Simple controls and very easy to play. This guitar yields a very full round and bright tone with great punch and attack. Great for any style of steel playing.
