Instrument retailer Blues City Music is marking its 10th anniversary by commissioning amplifier builder Mike Soldano to relaunch the Soldano 44 in an exclusive Regency Blue tolex with matching blue jewel light. A 50-watt/single-channel 1 x 12″ combo, it uses two 5881/6L6 power tubes, five 12AX7s preamp tubes, and has a three-spring reverb. It has controls for Preamp volume, Reverb, Bass, Middle, Treble, Presence, and normal Volume.
